The following is a great cookie recipe from
Mauna Loa.
Mauna Loa & White Chip Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 - 12oz. package of White Chips
1 1/2 cups Mauna Loa Macadamia Baking Pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
?Blend in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in Classic
White chips and macadamia nut pieces.
?Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking pans. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
MAKES APPROXIMATELY 5 DOZEN COOKIES
